I Sing to the Trees - (in my local park)

April - Diane

A collage of four pictures, showing local trees, the sky, and a flowing brook, to illustrate the poem, I Sing to the Trees, by Andrew Blakemore, from Birmingham.
I Sing to the Trees

I sing to the trees for the birds and the bees
And all of the beauty around,
I sing of its wonder and spell I am under
And of the love that I've found.

I sing to the sky and the clouds passing by
And in its colours I'm drowned,
I sing of its wonder and spell I am under
And of the love that I've found.

I sing to the stream that does flow like a dream
So restful and peaceful the sound,
I sing of its wonder and spell I am under
And of the love that I've found.

I sing to the hills for their sight always fills
My heart with their beauty abound,
I sing of their wonder and spell I am under
And of the love that I've found.
