Garden renovation!

March - Matt Hobbs

my garden after the digger and mini dump truch have been over it for 1-day! What a brown muddy mess!
My two sons are completely obsessed with football, which would be lovely were it not for the fact that the dog has a strong commitment to distributing his brown contributions evenly across the garden. As you can imagine, these two hobbies are not especially compatible, particularly when the grass has long since given up and the garden has the general feel of a First World War reenactment.

So, after accepting defeat and parting with a mildly offensive amount of money, we finally decided it was time to renovate the garden. Over the course of five days, it went from looking like a lost cause to a pristine, if slightly suspiciously perfect, lawn.

Now it is done, we do not regret it one bit. It should make half-terms and summer holidays far easier, with the boys able to play outside without bringing half the garden, and the dog’s less charming deposits, back through the house.
