Tea cosies shouldn't be pretty. They absolutely should be functional, but need to be a statement piece. The cosy we've had for a few years was purchased on the basis of "so ugly it's pretty." This year, my wife got one of our friends to crochet this awesome Beholder cosy, perfect for my fortnightly D&D game!
