Ružica Church in Belgrade, Serbia, is found inside the city's fortress and is actually a repurposed gunpowder magazine (which is the reason why, even though it was adapted and consecrated in 1868 you still aren't allowed candles inside the building). It was damaged during the First World War, repaired shortly afterwards, and now seems, at first, like a small but typically ornate Serbian Orthodox Church... Until you take a closer look at the chandeliers... Made from bullets, shell cases and sabres.
