We spent 2 weeks exploring the Farne Islands and the surrounding area in Northumberland. We were amazed by the plethora of wildlife including birds (62 species) grey seals. dolphins, toads, damselflies and dragonflies. The puffins, artic terns and ‘jumplings’ (Guillemot chicks) were particularly entertaining. We enjoyed the coastal walking, numerous castles and gardens too.
