A young fallow deer with short horns stares back from a lush green field covered with bright yellow buttercups
There's a huge meadow over the road from where we live, which usually has livestock grazing it in spring. However, this year it's been left to grow wild, and is littered with tall, swaying buttercups. It also now seems to have frequent visits from a local wild deer.
