During the lighter half of the year, when the sun sets in the North-West, my usual circular walking route takes me past this beautiful lone oak tree with an unimpeded view of the summer sunset. In the darker half of the year, when the sun sets towards the SW, this viewing position doesn't work as well and actually, that section of route becomes completely boggy and impassable, so I go a different way.
