Year of the Rabbit
Each year, I take a trip to Lee Abbey with my Mum and we spend the week walking, enjoying the peace, chatting to people and enjoying this amazing view. Each year when we arrive, we dump our suitcases and immediately go and drink this in. It's the first thing we do on arrival and the last thing we do before we leave and it certainly nourishes the soul.
The view is spectacular in all seasons at all times of day and I always take loads of pictures. I struggled to pick my favourite, but this one won through. It has golden god rays and golden patches on the sea, but more importantly I love the way the setting sun highlights the clouds so dramatically.
The others are in an album on Flickr.
