Over half term we decided to escape the country in search of some sun and warmth, and we found it in Cape Verde. We had a lovely relaxing time, and the whole thing was finished off wonderfully when the crew of the plane we flew home on offered for Seb to go up to the cockpit and speak to the captain. He absolutely loved the experience, which is one that I feel doesn't happen often any more.
