New Year, new light

The setting sun glowing up the feathery reeds on the bank of the canal.
There is a subtle change in the light come mid January that speaks of Spring and everything to come. :)

I was going to send in a picture of our Greek New Year's cake for January but decided that this mid Jan pic of the setting sun turning the feathery reeds aglow was my favourite. Happy New Year everyone.
