This burial chamber is in the Nevern Valley, Pembrokeshire, inland from Newport. It was built around 3500 BC and the capstone, poised on the tips of 3 vertical stones, weighs approx 16 tons. It looks a simple structure in the photo but it is mightily impressive... how was it built?
