Year of the Ox
- Bonnie and Richard
March has been grey and cold here in the Cotswolds - at least for the first half of the month when we submitted this photo to Tom. So what a surprise to come upon a huge blackthorn bush blooming in the Abbey Grounds in Cirencester on a dismal, cold Sunday. Looking closer we were delighted to see so many bees on the bush. However, as we have been having frosts everyday this week we are worried about their survival. Richard managed to get a closeup. By the time you see this photo we will all have a bit more freedom. Hopefully. Enjoy.
