Something we became obsessed with during lockdown was making coffee. This has led to the purchase of not only a new coffee machine but also a v60 and this very aesthetically pleasing chemex. This was my first try at a pour over coffee and, while I'm yet to hone the art of "a flat (coffee) bed", it was pretty tasty.
