We visited Farleigh Hungerford back at the beginning of the month. Parts of it, like the tower in the picture, look well preserved. Other parts look like someone decided to draw a floor plan in the ground using stones to mark out walls. We had a good wander round and of course, with my background in wastewater treatment, it wasn't long before we started wondering where the toilets might have been and whether indeed they had any!
