In May, we celebrated mother’s day. The nursery had given all the kids roses to give to their mothers which was lovely. Ben and Filip each sweetly presented the rose to me and then, about 10 seconds later, took it back and started playing with it by jumping in a muddy puddle and hitting the ground with the rose. Not sure they quite got the idea of flowers as a gift yet.
