A sweet collection of antiquarian bikes consisting of a Penny Farthing, a large Victorian tricycle with a huge front wheel, a child’s tricycle and a child’s scooter, nestled in a corner of the Athelstan Museum in the lovely old town of Malmesbury.
On a recent visit to Malmesbury we found this sweet collection of bikes at the Athelstan Museum. I recently found out that my great grandfather was a photographer and a bicycle engineer and he invented the brake on the Penny Farthing bicycle. Cool!
