I visited the Silent Pool Gin distillery and learnt in the last 5 years or so they have grown from producing nothing to circa 400k bottles a year. Only a few weeks ago they purchased their bottling machine, which means all bottles were filled and labelled by hand prior to this. The photo is of their copper still which produces all the Silent Pool in existence.
