We've got poetry sewn up this year - just completed this wall hanging to celebrate the work of local poets. It was just in time for the annual Stamford Verse festival in April. There are extracts from poems of 26 poets and the border has 394 random words (supplied in lists of ten by the world and his wife) stitched into it. It will hang in the Arts Centre cellar bar thereafter where the poetry group meet (a gang of poets and singers in a bar - surely not!).
