Cold and foggy out, warm and delicious indoors. Preparing for Stamford Pint of Poetry readings in the arts centre bar (which just happens to coincide with Burns Night this year) by making haggis palmiers - suprisingly tasty as they also involve two sorts of cheese and tomato chilli chutney.
