Icebergs crash down from the Breiðamerkurjökull glacier, float for a few years in the lagoon and then head out into the Atlantic Ocean. Some never make it and get stranded on the black sand beach. It was hard to choose just one photo from our Iceland trip with glaciers, waterfalls, mountains, geysers, craters, lava fields, whales, puffins, seals etc to pick from.
