Not to be found on the streets of Liverpool or Rome, this statue is shrouded in mystery. A bell toting beardy man stands holding aloft a... Traffic cone? Giant ice cream? Early stage of a pottery self portrait? We will never know. The statue, obliquely, is called simply 'buttplug'.
